Some surveyors offer services to mortgage lenders, for repeat business. We have no such involvement with lenders and offer services directly to the public. You can therefore be assured that we operate independently of mortgage lenders or other interests.
Buying a home is one of the most important decisions that you can make. We provide a personalised service and are happy to run through our reports with you, and to assist you in moving forward with your purchase.
We are not valuers and do not provide market valuations, our approach has an emphasis on providing technically detailed reports. We can provide an example of our work on request.
